Ingredients Weight Measure
Ketel One® Vodka (or your favorite vodka) 4 oz.
Tomato juice 2 oz.
Fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 dashes
Wasabi powder a pinch
Fresh, live oysters still in shell 6 ea.


  1. Combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, TABASCO® Sauce, and wasabi in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until chilled and strain into 6 shots.
  2. Carefully shuck oysters and serve raw on a bed of ice surrounding the shots. Suck the oyster and chase with a Saucy Bottom!
