Ingredients Weight Measure
Fresh lemon juice 1/4 oz.
Crème de pêche 3/4 oz.
Fresh orange juice 1/2 oz.
Orange bitters 1 dash
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 big dashes
Starr African Rum 1-1/2 oz.
Orange peel, for garnish as needed


  1. Build all ingredients in pint glass. Shake to a slow 10 count with ice (depending on the size of the ice cube of course). Strain into a martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Yield: 1 serving
