Tomolive (pickled green cherry tomato) 1 ea.
Basil leaf, fresh 1 ea.


  1. Cut tomatoes into quarters and puree in blender.
  2. Place clean white kitchen towel, followed by a layer of cheesecloth, over a large mixing bowl. Pour puree onto cloth; carefully lift all corners, join together and twist to form a bag. Continue to gently twist bag to allow "tomato water" to fall into mixing bowl.
  3. Freeze some of the tomato water in ice cube tray to make ice cubes for drink. Pour remaining tomato water into container with lid and chill.
  4. Combine chilled tomato water, vodka, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and onion brine.
  5. Serve in a Tom Collins glass over tomato water ice cubes; garnish with half of a tomolive placed on top of a fresh basil leaf.
