Fresh Mango 4-5 slices; approx 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 5 dashes
Pineapple juice 1 oz.
Simple syrup (1 to 1 ratio) 1/2 oz
Refined sugar 1 Tbsp.
Malibu Rum 2 1/2 oz.


  1. On a small saucer, drop 5-6 dashes of TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Using another small saucer, place 1 tablespoon of refined sugar on surface and set both aside.
  2. Using a 12 oz. highball glass, dip one side of rim into Pepper Sauce, then dip into sugar. Set aside.
  3. In a blender combine freshly peeled mango, Malibu rum, 5 dashes of TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, pineapple juice, simple syrup along with 1 1/2 cups - 2 cups cracked ice. Blend until smooth, pour into prepped highball glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a beautiful slice of fresh mango with skin on.
