Ingredients Weight Measure
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
Spanish paprika 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp.
Goat cheese 1 tsp.
TABASCO® Spicy (red) Pepper jelly 1 tsp.
Spanish queen olives 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 5-6 drops
Rain vodka (or your vodka of preference) 2-1/2 oz.
Olives, for garnish 2 ea.


  1. In a small saucer combine kosher salt, paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir well with a fork, set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together goat cheese with TABASCO® spicy pepper jelly. Pit two large Spanish queen olives discarding the pimento. Using a spoon, stuff the olives with the goat cheese, pepper jelly mix. Wipe clean the end of the olive.
  3. Using a small saucer, drop 5-6 drops of TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce onto surface. Dip half of the edge of a well chilled martini glass into the pepper sauce, then dip into spice mixture. Only 1 side of glass will be rimmed. Place in a cool area.
  4. Using a cocktail shaker combine Rain vodka along with ice to half fill shaker. Shake hard 30-40 times, then strain into prepped glass. Garnish with the two olives on a skewer and enjoy!
