BASIL GIMLET

Ingredients Weight Measure
Gin 2 oz.
Medium-sized fresh basil leaves 5 ea
Juice of one lime, plus rind
Simple syrup 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 dashes
Crème de Cassis dash

Method

  1. Muddle basil leaves, lime rind and simple syrup.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Shake well with ice; strain.
