INDIAN-STYLE CHICKEN WINGS WITH MANGO SALSA PUREE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Garam masala 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 20 ea.
Small white onion, finely diced 1 ea.
Ripe mangoes, peeled and diced 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Fresh cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup

Method

  1. In a bowl rub garam masala and oil onto wings.
  2. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning over once, until barely cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, pulse onions, mangoes, TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce and cilantro, but do NOT liquefy.
  4. Serve over chicken wings.
