CANADIAN MAPLE WINGS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 16 ea.
Canola oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Teriyaki sauce 1/3 cup
Light soy sauce 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Black pepper 1/2 Tbsp
Pure maple syrup 1 to 2 cups

Method

  1. Toss wings with oil and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Place on shallow baking dish and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning over once, until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss wings to coat.

Yield: 16 wings
