Canola oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Orange juice 4 oz.
Lime juice 2 Tbsp.
Maraschino cherry juice 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Tequila 2 oz.
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 16 ea.


  1. Combine all ingredients except wings in a bowl and reserve half. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Add wings to bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Grill chicken wings and baste with reserved marinade, turning once, until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

Yield: 16 wings
