Ingredients Weight Measure
Dried marjoram 3 Tbsp.
Dried thyme 3 Tbsp.
Dried savory 3 Tbsp.
Dried basil 1 tsp.
Dried rosemary 1 tsp.
Dried sage 1/2 tsp.
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 16 ea.
Red wine 4 oz.
Canola oil 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.


  1. Pulse all dry spices in a coffee grinder or grind with mortar & pestle until well combined.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss wings to coat.
  3. Place on shallow baking dish and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning over once, until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.

Yield: 16 wings
