Honey 1/2 cup
Dry mustard 4 Tbsp.
Bourbon or Tennessee whiskey 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Yellow or brown mustard seeds, crushed 1 Tbsp.
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 16 ea.


  1. Combine honey, dry mustard, bourbon, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and mustard seeds in a small bowl and stir until well blended. (Sauce can be made in advance and refrigerated up to 2 weeks.)
  2. Brush wings well with sauce on all sides. Place on shallow baking dish and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning over once, 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Brush with more sauce, turn and broil about 5 minutes longer, until cooked through. Watch carefully to keep honey in sauce from burning.

Yield: 16 wings
