LOUISIANA LOX BREAKFAST SANDWICHES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Dried dill 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Soft low-fat cream cheese 6 Tbsp.
Bagels, cut horizontally in half 2 ea.
Smoked salmon 3 oz.
Red onion 2 thin slices

Method

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Toast bagels.
  3. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each bottom half.
  4. Cover each with half of salmon.
  5. Top each with onion slice.
  6. Cover with upper half of bagels.

Yield: 2 sandwiches
