GROUPER SANDWICHES WITH CHIPOTLE COLESLAW

Ingredients Weight Measure
Prepared deli coleslaw 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Grouper fillets or other firm white fish, 5 oz. ea. 4 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame-seed sandwich buns, split 4 ea.

Method

  1. Stir together coleslaw and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  2. Sprinkle fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook fish in 400°F oven for about 6 minutes, until done.
  4. Meanwhile, toast sandwich buns.
  5. Place each bun bottom on a separate plate.
  6. Top each bun bottom with fish.
  7. Spoon slaw over fish; cover with bun tops and serve.

Yield: 4 sandwiches
