Roasted red peppers, 12 oz. jar, drained, chopped 1 ea.
Green onion, chopped 1/3 cup
Dried oregano 1 tsp.
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Flat rustic bread such as ciabatta, 1 lb. loaf, cut horizontally in half 1 ea.
Feta cheese, crumbled about 4 oz. 3/4 cup
Roast beef, thinly sliced 1 lb.
Baby spinach leaves 2 cups (packed)


  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in small bowl to blend.
  2. Place bread, cut-side up, on work surface.
  3. Spread red pepper mixture over both cut sides of bread.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over bottom half of sandwich.
  5. Layer half of roast beef over cheese.
  6. Top with spinach leaves.
  7. Press top half of sandwich onto spinach.
