Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 6 ea.
4"x5" rectangles focaccia, split horizontally 6 ea.
Yellow tomato, sliced 1 ea.
Red tomato, sliced 1 ea.
Red leaf lettuce 6 leaves
Low-fat mayonnaise 6 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.


  1. Place each chicken breast between sheets of waxed paper. Using rolling pin or meat mallet, pound each breast to 1/2" thickness.
  2. Cook chicken until firm to touch and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to platter.
  3. Heat focaccia in oven until just beginning to brown, about 1 minute per side.
  4. Arrange bottom halves of focaccia on work surface.
  5. Combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce.
  6. Spread each sandwich with mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Top with chicken breast.
  8. Cut sandwiches in half on diagonal.

Yield: 6 sandwiches
