Celery, finely chopped 3/4 cup
Low-fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
Fresh tarragon, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
Grated lemon zest 1 tsp.
Tuna packed in water, drained 16 oz.
Rye bread with seeds 12 slices
Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced 2 cups


  1. Mix celery, mayonnaise, TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce, onions, tarragon, lemon juice and lemon zest in large bowl to blend.
  2. Add drained tuna and mix well.
  3. Arrange 6 bread slices on work surface.
  4. Divide salad among bread slices.
  5. Top each with lettuce and second bread slice.
  6. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.

Yield: 6 sandwiches
