Ingredients Weight Measure
Bottom round 12 lbs.
Mini pit ham 8 lbs.
Cheddar cheese sauce 6 cups
Liquid smoke 1/4 tsp.
Horseradish 6 tsp.
Open Pit® BBQ 6 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Sourdough bread, toasted


  1. Cook bottom round to a medium rare.
  2. For each serving, slice 4 oz. of ham and place on char-broiler.
  3. Slice 4 oz. of beef and place on top of ham.
  4. Mix together: Cheddar cheese sauce, Liquid Smoke, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, horseradish, Open Pit® BBQ.
  5. Place the spread on top of the beef on the grill, fold in thirds, and place on toasted sourdough bread. Garnish with slaw and fresh cooked potato chips.
