TABASCO® REMOULADE FOR DIPPING WOMPAS BREAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 1-1/2 cups
Creole mustard 1-1/2 cups
Fresh parsley, minced 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Green onions, sliced 1/2 cup
Celery (minced) 1/4 cup
Garlic powder 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp.
Fresh lemon juice 1/2 Tbsp.
Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in 2-qt. mixing bowl and whisk well to incorporate the seasonings.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours minimum for flavors to develop.
  3. Use for dipping Wompas Bread. May also mix with cold shrimp for a delicious shrimp remoulade.
