Olive oil 1 tsp.
Shrimp, raw, tail-on, cleaned 24-16/20
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp.
Parsley, chopped 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Lime juice 1 tsp.
Beer, lager 1/5 cup
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Salt & pepper to taste
Sugar 1 pinch


  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. When very hot (oil smoking), add shrimp. Toss fast and give nice color. Add garlic, herbs and toss again. Do not burn. Add TABASCO® Original Red Sauce, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and lime juice. Then add beer. Reduce a little bit and add butter. Season with salt and pepper and sugar.
  2. Serve over rice or pasta or even better serve it as a tapas on top of small grilled piece of bread and it will blow your mind!
