Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter, melted 1 lb. or 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 cup
Turkey breast, sliced thin 3 lbs.
Onion, french cut 3/4 lb.
Green pepper, sliced 3/4 lb.
Sweet red pepper, sliced 3/4 lb.
Hoagie buns, 6" 12 ea.
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1-1/2 lbs.


  1. Combine butter and TABASCO® Sauce in large saucepan; heat and keep warm.
  2. Add turkey slices; stir gently while heating.
  3. Saut├ę onions and pepper slices on grill.
  4. Toast hoagie buns on grill.
  5. Divide turkey slices into 12 servings to fit buns on grill.
  6. Top with Monterey Jack cheese; melt slightly.
  7. Transfer meat & cheese to bottom of bun on pre-garnished plates.
  8. Top with onions and peppers and bun top.
  9. Serve hot!
