SPICY APPLE BOURBON SOUR

Ingredients Weight Measure
Boulard Calvados Grand Solage 1 oz.
Jim Beam® White Bourbon 1 oz.
Freshly pressed lemon juice 1 oz.
Pasteurized egg white 1/2 oz.
Honey syrup 1/2 oz.
Angostura® bitters 3-4 dashes
Pressed apple juice 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 dashes
Fan of thinly sliced green apple, for garnish 1 ea.

Method

  1. Build all but garnish in mixing glass. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain through a tea strainer onto fresh rocks. Garnish with fan of thinly sliced green apple.

Yield: 9-10 oz.
