TABASCO® salt (recipe follows)
Tequila (silver or white) 1 oz.
Limoncello 3/4 oz.
Orangecello 3/4 oz.
Fresh lime juice 1/2 oz.
Simple syrup 1 oz.


  1. For the TABASCO® salt: Mix 1 cup of Kosher salt with 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce. Spread out on a plate and let dry overnight. Alternatively, spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 225 degrees. The salt should be free-running.
  2. Rim a martini glass with TABASCO® salt. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rimmed martini glass. Garnish with lime.
