Ingredients Weight Measure
Celery salt as needed
Wasabi peppercorn–infused gin 1 oz.
"Wokka" (sake-infused vodka) 1 oz.
Dry vermouth 1/2 oz.
Sweet vermouth 1/2 oz.
Olive juice from jar of feta-stuffed olives 1/2 oz. 10 drops
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 10 drops
For garnish:
Sushi roll, pickled ginger, feta-stuffed olive (1/2 crown)


  1. Fill sundae cup glass with shaved ice and rim with celery salt. Mix all ingredients but garnishes in shaker and stir. Strain, over crushed ice into prepared glass. Over ice, place the sushi roll, ginger, and 1/2 crown of feta-stuffed olive.

Yield: 1 serving
