Ingredients Weight Measure
Honey syrup (1 oz. honey + 1/2 oz. hot water), divided 1-1/2 oz.
Pasteurized or fresh egg whites
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 10 shakes
Strawberries, divided 4 ea.
Cilantro sprigs, divided 4 ea.
El Tesoro de Don Felipe® Silver Tequila 1-1/2 oz.


  1. In a whipped cream canister, add 3/4 oz. honey syrup, egg whites and TABASCO® Sauce. Put top on and keep cold. When ready, add CO2 cartridge and shake well.
  2. In a mixing glass, add rest of honey syrup, 3 strawberries and 3 cilantro sprigs and muddle well. Add tequilaand ice and shake well.
  3. Strain through a mesh strainer (double strain) over ice in a tall glass.
  4. Put tip of whipped cream canister into drink and fill with foam. Garnish with 4th strawberry, with cilantro sprig stuck into its top.
