Ingredients Weight Measure
Salt, for glass rim
Pepper, for glass rim
Cuervo® Tequila 2 oz.
Blue CuraƧao 1-1/2 oz.
Courvoisier® 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 drops
Sour mix 4 oz.
Orange wedge, for garnish 1 ea.
Hungarian hot pepper, for garnish 1 ea.

Method

  1. Rim 13 oz. poco glass with salt and pepper. Pour remaining ingredients except garnishes over ice and blend, then pour into prepared glass and garnish with orange wedge. Cut tip off Hungarian pepper and use as garnish. (served frozen)
