Cointreau® 1/2 oz.
Medium-sized avocado 1/4
Fresh lemon, squeezed 1/4
Fresh lime, squeezed 1/4
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 5 dashes
Kosher salt (for glass rim)
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce (for glass rim)
Roasted red pepper (for garnish)
Cilantro (for garnish) sprig

Method

  1. Blend tequila, Cointreau®, avocado, lemon juice, lime juice and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  2. Mix kosher salt and TABASCO® Original Red Sauce and rim glass.
  3. Pour drink into glass and garnish with roasted red pepper and cilantro.
