Ingredients Weight Measure
Pyrat brand Planters Gold Rum 1 oz.
Crushed ice 1-1/2 to 2 cups
Pure mango nectar 2 oz.
Fresh mint 1 sprig
Simple syrup 2 dashes
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, divided 5 dashes
Fresh mango, for garnish 1 slice

Method

  1. Blend rum, ice, mango nectar, mint, syrup and 2 dashes TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce until smooth. Pour mixture into a large stemmed glass (double-martini or margarita style).
  2. Gently add 3 shakes TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce directly into center of drink and do not stir. (Now it looks like a volcano!). Garnish with mango slice.

Yield: 1 serving
