RISING SUN MARTINI

Ingredients Weight Measure
Sake Gekkeikan 1 1/2 oz.
Orange juice 1/2 oz.
Pineapple juice 1/4 oz.
Mango puree 1/4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce 4 drops
Pickled ginger 2 leaves
Wasabi 1 dab
Serrano pepper 1

Method

  1. Build in tin: pour over ice.
  2. In a shaker combine Sake Gekkeikan, orange juice, pineapple juice, mango puree, TABASCO® brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass with TABASCO® brand Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce in bottom of glass. Garnish with pickled ginger, wasabi, and serrano pepper.
