Red bell pepper rings, 1/4" thick 2 ea.
Fresh lemon wheels, 1/4" thick 2 ea.
Fresh lime wheels, 1/4" thick 2 ea.
Lime-infused simple syrup 3/4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 drops
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 drop
Citrus vodka (preferably Ketel One®) 1-1/2 oz.
Vodka (preferably Ketel One® or Belvedere® 1-1/2 oz.
Champagne 1 oz.

Pepper ring 1 ea.
Lemon twist 1 ea.
Lime wheel 1 ea.

Method

  1. In bottom of metal mixing tin, muddle vigorously red bell pepper rings, lemon wheels, and lime wheels. Add simple syrup, TABASCO® Original Red Sauce, and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Then add ice.
  2. Over ice, pour both types of vodka and shake briskly until ice forms on mixing tin (7-10 seconds). Strain into frosted martini glass. Float champagne. Garnish with pepper ring, lemon twist and a lime wheel. Take a sip...and feel the sizzle!
