Ingredients Weight Measure
Premium potato vodka 3 oz.
Yellow heirloom tomato juice, strained 3 oz.
Yellow pepper, juiced (extracted) 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 6 dashes
Black pepper and sea salt, whole to taste
Yellow pepper slice, for garnish 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3 drops
Fresh lemon, juiced 1/2 ea.
Fresh lime, juiced 1/2 ea.


  1. In martini shaker, combine vodka, tomato juice and pepper juice.
  2. Add 6 dashes of Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into martini glass.
  4. Crack pepper and sea salt onto surface.
  5. Add pepper slice to garnish.
  6. Float 3 drops of TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce on top.
