TANGO IN TABASCO®

Ingredients Weight Measure
Prepared TABASCO®-stuffed olive (recipe follows) 1 ea.
Vodka 2 oz.
Vermouth 1/4 oz.

Method

  1. For the TABASCO®-stuffed olive: Remove pimientos from several large stuffed olives. Pat dry with paper towel; then soak in 2-3 oz. TABASCO® Original Red Sauce for 1 hour or more. Re-stuff olive. Store extra olives in refrigerator.
  2. Mix liquid ingredients and pour into glass. Top with one TABASCO® stuffed olive.
