Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and the wings halved at the joint 20 ea.
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp.
Chili sauce 1 cup
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese, for garnish


  1. In a bowl, rub oil onto wings.
  2. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning over once, until barely cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Mix chili sauce, cinnamon and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  4. Heat to a simmer.
  5. Pour mixture over wings and toss to coat well.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes; then toss again.
  7. Garnish with cheddar cheese.

Yield: 20 wings
