Ingredients Weight Measure
Canola oil 1 Tbsp.
Onion, chopped 1 large
Lean ground turkey 1-1/4 lbs.
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Hoisin sauce 1 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
Cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped 1 ea.
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter lettuce leaves, large 12 ea.


  1. Heat canola oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until beginning to brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add turkey and sauté until brown and cooked through.
  4. Add TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce; heat through.
  5. Stir in cucumbers.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. To make wraps, spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap leaves around filling.
