TARIM CUCUMBER RIBBON SALAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Seedless cucumbers, halved lengthwise and seeded 2 ea.
Seasoned rice vinegar 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds, toasted lightly and cooled 2 Tbsp.
Gingerroot, fresh, peeled and finely grated 2 tsp.
Chopped scallion 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. With a mandoline or other manual slicer or vegetable peeler, cut cucumbers lengthwise into thin ribbons.
  2. In a bowl, toss cucumber ribbons with remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill salad, covered.
