Ingredients Weight Measure
Distilled white vinegar 1/2 cup
Canned low-salt chicken broth 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves, chopped 10 large
Soy sauce 2-1/2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
White rice, cooked 6 cups


  1. Whisk vinegar, chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce and TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce in small bowl to blend.
  2. Heat oil in heavy large skillet.
  3. Add chicken and sauté until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Pour vinegar mixture over chicken.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer until chicken is just cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. Using tongs, transfer chicken to plate.
  7. Boil pan juices 2 minutes.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Spoon over chicken and serve with rice.
