SPICY CATFISH BURRITOS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Canola oil 2 Tbsp.
Catfish fillets, cut into 1" cubes 1-1/2 lbs
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Whole wheat tortillas 6 ea.
Lettuce, tomato and cheese as desired

Method

  1. Heat oil over moderate heat until warm.
  2. Add fish and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Toss with TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and fill tortillas with catfish.
  4. Add all the fixins!

Yield: 6 burritos
