GRILLED KOREAN-STYLE CHICKEN WITH SPICY CILANTRO SAUCE

Soy sauce 3/4 cup
Medium-dry sherry 1/4 cup
Sugar 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce, divided 4 Tbsp.
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Sesame oil 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Boneless chicken breasts 6 ea.
Chopped fresh cilantro (including roots and stems) 3/4 cup
Canola oil 1/3 cup
Fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Stir together soy sauce, sherry, sugar, 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, garlic and sesame oil in a baking dish until sugar is dissolved; then add chicken, turning to coat. Marinate chicken, turning once, 1 hour.
  2. Prepare grill for cooking.
  3. Stir together cilantro, canola oil, lime juice and 3 Tbsp. TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  4. Garnish grilled chicken with cilantro sauce.
