Lime, squeezed 1/2 ea.
Mint sprigs 5 or 6 (tops)
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 oz.
Trader Vic's® Rock Candy Syrup 1/4 oz.
Premium citrus vodka 1 oz.
Chambord® 1/2 oz.
Marie Brizard® Banana Liqueur 1/2 oz.
Marie Brizard® Crème de Almond 1/2 oz.
Dole® pineapple juice 1/2 oz.
Red pepper, for garnish 1 ea.
Mint leaf, decent-sized, for garnish 1 ea.
Salt, for garnish as needed


  1. Squeeze half of a lime into a mixing glass, followed by 5 or 6 fresh mint sprig tops, TABASCO® Sauce, and 1/4 oz. rock candy syrup. Muddle ingredients in glass thoroughly.
  2. Add citrus vodka, Chambord, banana liqueur, crème de almond and pineapple juice.
  3. Add ice; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass (minimum 6 oz. size).
  4. Garnish with a red pepper, accompanied by a decent-sized mint leaf. One may also salt rim of glass for added flair.
