Lime wedges 3 ea.
Lemon wedges 2 ea.
Brown sugar 3 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 shakes
Dry gin 1-1/2 oz.
Carbonated mineral water (such as S. Pellegrino)
Bar lime mix


  1. In a Gibraltar glass, muddle lime and lemon wedges with brown sugar. Add Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce. Fill half of the glass with cubed ice and dry gin. Stir.
  2. Fill glass with ice and carbonated mineral water. Top with bar lime mix. Garnish with additional lemon and lime wedges.
