Ingredients Weight Measure
Hangar One / St. George Spirits Wasabi Vodka 2 1/4 oz.
Gran Patron Platinum Tequila 1/2 oz.
Siberian Tiger European Blood Orange Liqueur (chilled in freezer) 1/2 oz.
Juice of one half lime
Angostura Bitters 1 dash
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 8 dashes
Balsamic vinegar 2 drop
Finely ground Fleur de Sel pinch


  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, tequila, lime juice, bitters, TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, vinegar and salt over a few cubes of hard frozen ice.
  2. In a chilled cocktail glass, pour chilled Blood Orange liqueur to bottom of glass. Carefully layer on cocktail mixture.
  3. Garnish with a generous pinch of a confetti made of very finely minced baby chive, mint and freshly grated ginger.
