GRILLED PORK RIBS WITH SMOKY APPLE-MUSTARD MARINADE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Apple juice, concentrate 24 oz.
Dijon mustard 8 oz.
White wine 8 oz.
Rosemary, fresh chopped 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 8 oz.
Pork ribs, rack 3 ea.
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Prepare marinade by blending apple juice, mustard, wine, rosemary, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and olive oil until well incorporated.
  2. Remove back membrane from ribs and brush both sides with marinade. Let sit overnight in marinade in refrigerator.
  3. Grill slowly, basting with reserved marinade.
