GROUPER SANDWICHES WITH SWEET & SPICY COLESLAW

Ingredients Weight Measure
Prepared deli coleslaw 2-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Grouper fillets or other firm white fish, 5 oz. 6 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame-seed sandwich buns, split 6 ea.

Method

  1. Stir together coleslaw and TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce.
  2. Sprinkle fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook fish in 400°F oven for about 6 minutes, until done.
  4. Meanwhile, toast sandwich buns.
  5. Place 1 bun bottom on each plate.
  6. Top each with fish.
  7. Spoon slaw over fish; cover with bun tops and serve.

Yield: 6 sandwiches
