Ingredients Weight Measure
Sesame oil 4 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2" cubes 4 lbs.
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 4 oz.
Soy sauce 4 Tbsp.
Water chestnuts, drained and chopped 8 oz. 3 cans
Green onions, chopped 1 bunch (approx. 10)
Dry roasted peanuts 1 cup
Iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed, separated into whole leaves 2 heads


  1. Heat oil in a wok or a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook about 3 minutes or until no longer pink inside, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts and cook 2 minutes. Add green onions and peanuts and cook 2 minutes more.
  3. For each wrap, spoon a small amount of chicken mixture onto a lettuce leaf and wrap lettuce to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
