GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS

Shrimp, 21/25 count 72 ea.
Scallops, 30/40 count 72 ea.

MANGO THREE-PEPPER SALSA

Red peppers, medium diced 8 oz.
Green peppers, medium diced 8 oz.
Yellow peppers, medium diced 8 oz.
Mango, medium diced 16 oz.
Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Orange juice 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 Tbsp.

Method

  1. GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS - Wrap each shrimp around a scallop and thread through two skewers, dividing evenly.
  2. Rub lightly with oil and grill each side until done.
  3. Serve with Mango Three-Pepper Salsa on the side.
  4. MANGO THREE-PEPPER SALSA - Mix medium-diced peppers and mango with remaining ingredients.
