GRILLED FLAT IRON STEAK WITH TABASCO®-BEER MARINADE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Beer 24 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Onion, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Brown sugar 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 4 oz.
Balsamic vinegar 8 oz.
Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp.
Beef broth 6 oz.
Top blade steak, 8 oz. 12 ea.
Red onions, sliced 1-1/2 lbs.

Method

  1. Mix beer, TABASCO® Pepper Sauces, chopped onion, brown sugar, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and beef broth until well blended.
  2. Marinate steaks for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill to order with slices of red onion.
