Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce (in ice cube, see below) 1 cube ea.
Gin 1-1/2 oz.
Crème de cassis 1 oz.
Lime juice 2 tsp.
Orange juice 6 oz.
Lime twist, for garnish 1 ea.


  1. Fill an ice cube tray, using 1/2 the regular amount of water for each cube. Freeze. When frozen, pour a layer of TABASCO® Sauce atop each cube and re-freeze. Finally, fill the trays completely and freeze a third time, producing ice cubes with a streak of TABASCO® Sauce.
  2. Combine gin, crème de cassis and juices over ice. Use only 1 TABASCO® Sauce spiced ice cube, saving others for later use, per drink as a tasty, spicy garnish along with a lime twist.
