Citrus Vodka 1 oz.
Sour Apple Puss 1 oz.
Fresh mint leaves 8
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 10 drops
Angostura Aromatic Bitters 2 drops
Brown sugar 2 tsp.
Lime wedges 2
Splash of Soda water


  1. In a mixing glass muddle 6 fresh mint leaves, 10 drops of TABASCO®, 2 drops of Angostura and 2 tsps of brown sugar. Add ice, Vodka and Sour Apple Puss.
  2. Squeeze in 2 lime wedges, stir well and strain into a cocktail glass over cracked ice. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
