CLEOPATRA'S ELIXIR

Ingredients Weight Measure
Gin 1 1/2 oz.
Triple Sec 1/2 oz.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 oz.
Pressed Tomato juice (Charlie's®) 3 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3 dashes
Egyptian pickled lemon 1/2
Tamarind candy 2 pieces
Cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Rim a martini glass with salt and pepper. Muddle pickled lemon, tamarind candy and TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce together with cracked black pepper. Add Gin, Triple Sec, lemon juice and tomato juice.
  2. Shake on ice for 10 seconds and double strain over crushed ice into rimmed martini glass. Garnish with Tamarind candy.
