  1. Grilled Pineapple - cut fresh pineapple, slice lengthwise and grill until the sugars are caramelized with beautiful grill marks.
  2. Rim an old fashioned glass with Sweet & Salty rim. Muddle grilled pineapple slice; TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, Angostura® bitters and 1/2 a lime in a mixing glass. Add simple syrup and cachaça and fill half with crushed ice. Stir. Pour into rimmed glass and top with crushed ice.
