SPICY TANGELO PISCO SOUR

Pisco 1 1/2 oz.
Galliano 1/2 oz.
Hibiscus syrup 1/2 oz.
Egg whites, pasteurized 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® barnd Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 dashes
Angostura® Aromatic Bitters 2 dashes
Tangelo cut into quarters 1
Lime wedges 2

Method

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with vanilla sugar. Muddle tangelo, lime, hibiscus syrup and Galliano. Add Pisco, egg whites, TABASCO® barnd Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and Angostura® bitters.
  2. Shake all ingredients vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into rimmed glass and garnish with a skewered hibiscus flower.
